Harajuku is a vibrant hub of diverse lives. A policewoman navigates her professional duties while constantly considering her relationships with her superiors. A Korean man works at a stockings shop, possessing an encyclopedic knowledge of hosiery. Their paths cross unexpectedly. Meanwhile, a young person hopes to be discovered as a performer. The film explores the lives of these individuals – varied in age, gender, and background. Eventually, their separate stories begin to intertwine.
