Description:
The film centers on a female guru, Guru (Saryu Usui), who runs the Guru Lab, conducting experiments on people struggling with emotional issues. Guru believes human sensuality originates in the digestive system, specifically that stimulating the tongue, anus, and mouth simultaneously can activate internal organs. She puts this theory to the test through human experimentation while preaching to her followers. Miss Looper (Rin Azuma), a former pharmaceutical student who left after a traumatic incident, shares a fascination with the human body's inner workings. She becomes Guru’s assistant, assisting with her research.
