Dokument… (2001)

As a child, Malgorzata Szumowska collected entries from friends and family in a diary. Now, she uses a movie camera to ask the same people to share their thoughts on film. These recorded statements form the basis of a documentary, which ironically challenges the documentary form itself. Kasia and Marek, Magda and Kamil, Przemek, Julka and Wojtek, grandmother Stefania, and Malgosia discuss love, happiness, relationships, dreams, and betrayal.
