Description:
The film explores the intricate life of the sea urchin through underwater photography, detailed close-ups, and microscopic views. We observe its mouth and unique teeth opening and closing. After injecting a specimen with gelatin to remove its shell, the internal anatomy is revealed: muscle structure, digestive system, and reproductive organs. Magnified spines show rows of suction cups, and their movement allows for locomotion. Microscopic examination reveals calcareous spines with specialized jaws. Cilia constantly move, stirring water and particles. The soundtrack features African music evoking a shuffle dance rhythm.
