At a Town by the Sea (2013)

From Cinema Impact, a filmmaking academy known for showcasing new talent, comes this film by director Hiroki Ryuichi. Set in Fukushima Prefecture, it explores the interconnected lives of people in a coastal town recovering from the Tohoku earthquake and tsunami.
