Ryuko (Ayame Mizusaki) is estranged from her family by her aunt after learning of her sister's death. She also loses her job following sexual harassment by her boss (Morira Manzo). Then, a man named Kito (Kasahara Shinji) reaches out to Ryuko, revealing the truth about a suicide game that caused her sister's death and inviting her to participate in the game. Driven by the harsh treatment she has endured, Ryuko asks Jun (Junjo Shindo) to tattoo her fist, transforming herself into a fierce robber who targets abusive people at night.
