Description:
A devil virus transforms infected people into monsters, and Doctor Kitao plans to spread it to take control of the world. A girl known as Lethal Angel rises to stop him. She battles the infected, but a new monster, Mosquito Wilzer, emerges. He attacks Lethal Angel, draining her blood and weakening her. Just as she's losing, her partner Lisa arrives to help. Transforming into Lethal Angel, Mikoto defeats Mosquito Wilzer. Doctor Kitao appears, angering Lethal Angel, but something strange happens: her arm is overtaken by a black light and moves independently. Mikoto realizes she has been infected by the virus.
