Description:

Twemlow was a nightclub bouncer who became a novelist, composer, singer, screenwriter, producer, and actor – all while independently making films. For a decade, this 20th-century Renaissance man built his own micro-film industry in Manchester. He shot his movies using early video technology, and his film *G.B.H.* (1983) was even considered controversial. This warm and funny story takes you to a time when anything seemed possible, and quite a bit did happen.
