Las voces de la noche (2003)

Spain, 1950s. In a town centered around a factory, Jorge (Tristan Ulloa), the founder's youngest son, and Elisa (Laia Marull), the daughter of the accountant, find solace in their shared afternoons at a city hotel. This secret time together is vital to them both. The small room where they meet becomes their sanctuary, the only place they can truly be themselves. It feels more comforting than George's family home, filled with memories, or Elisa's opulent, yet stifling, mother's house. Aware of the nature of their relationship, they don’t seek anything more.
