From the British Museum and the National Library of France to Munich's National Graphics Collection and the Vatican, home to the world’s largest pornography collection, the film gains access to carefully guarded collections named "Secretum," "Gabinetto Segreto," and "L'Enfer." It reveals books and images never before filmed or photographed.
