Son of Psycho Meets a Gorilla (2001)

A deranged scientist unleashes a genetically engineered gorilla upon Blackpool, resulting in widespread chaos. Simultaneously, a Gulf War veteran with severe disfigurement kidnaps his social worker. Adding to the mayhem, two escaped criminals from London arrive in the area and burglarize an elderly woman's home, unaware that she is a surprisingly dangerous individual with a penchant for electric carving knives.
