Description:
In 2019, Ketchikan, Alaska welcomed 1.2 million cruise ship passengers. Then, in 2020, that number dropped to zero. After years of developing itself from a small fishing and logging town into a popular cruise port, the COVID-19 pandemic has left Ketchikan deserted, its businesses and attractions empty. Now, the town faces the challenge of surviving without its vital tourism industry, waiting for the return of cruise visitors.
