Following Joe Ross, the local Employment Coordinator, we explore the lives, culture, and development initiatives of the Bunuba tribe as they strive for financial and cultural self-sufficiency. A central concern for the Bunuba people is the ongoing fight to prevent a large dam from being built on their sacred Fitzroy River. The film reveals the profound spiritual and economic implications this project holds for this remote Kimberley town.
