Description:
Summer 1991. As war erupts in Croatia, a group of young people celebrate a birthday in a Serbian holiday home near the border. Initially carefree, their festivities are disrupted by the escalating conflict. The sounds of artillery become a constant backdrop, while tensions and unspoken feelings develop among the group. Soon, some of the young men are drawn to the front lines, and everyone is deeply affected by the war's growing shadow. "The Party" explores the individual fates of these characters, isolated in their hilltop retreat as the threat of war looms closer.
