Mechanical Race Queen (2006)

Race queen Reiko Kageyama is relentlessly pursued by fans, enduring grueling races under the scorching sun. After a race, she is abducted by a stranger who repeatedly insults her while she's unconscious. Rescued by her manager, Reiko is then brutally raped by a man attempting suicide in a forest. She is eventually taken in by an eccentric scientist who is obsessed with race queens and plans to transform her into his ideal goddess. The film explores the fate of Reiko, who is overwhelmed by the desires of men.
