The Handyman (2005)

Nick lives with two friends, and he's constantly convinced a serial killer is stalking him – fueled by his obsession with horror films. His roommates are used to his eccentricities, sometimes finding them funny. A new handyman, Breno, arrives at their apartment building, and Nick becomes convinced Breno is the killer. His friends are drawn to Breno's mysterious charm, but Nick sees a sinister presence. Soon, a series of escalating misunderstandings, disturbing nightmares, and mistaken identities plunge all four men into a spiral of fear and classic horror-style violence. Apartment living takes a terrifying turn.
