Description:
A con artist named Steve Blair convinces Tony Dallas, a New York gangster, to fund a movie about Adam and Eve by promising his girlfriend, Cha Cha Miller, the lead role. The film is a complete failure, so Steve and his writer, Paul Ferris, flee to Greece aboard a freighter. There, Steve discovers that the island of Paradeisos has no tourism because it lacks any historical or mythological significance. He conceives a plan to transform Paradeisos into a legendary island of romance and profit from the resulting tourism boom. Steve then orchestrates the planting of fake Greek artifacts in the waters around the island, persuading Paul to "discover" them and boost the island's popularity.
