Green Team (2014)

Under the last military dictatorship, a high school became a place of unspoken truths and shared silence, where the hopes of many students faded. In 1978, the memory of high school is tied to the gymnastics playground and the Physical Education teacher. Cristina, Elvira, and I formed the Green Team – a group of students who weren't selected for the regular teams. We were the first generation of young people after the genocide without a shared vision, the "design teens" the military had hoped for. Are we defined by our generation? Or did we simply arrive at a difficult time?
