Tierra de nuestras madres (2023)

Rosario, an elderly woman, lives with her disabled son Ofelio, a donkey, and a goat. She makes a living selling fig tree salt, known for its traditional medicinal properties, to both the elderly and others who mix it with medications. The village in La Mancha is devastated by gambling, and the authorities decide to sell off the land. Everyone accepts this fate, except Rosario, whose home and pond are located at the center of the village.
