Jack (2005)

For eight years, until 2013, IN TRANSIT offered a unique platform for artists and 46 young people with complex needs to create personal film portraits. The resulting films present each young person in a poetic and detailed way, incorporating art into their support planning. These portraits helped the young people express their individuality and connect with the world, while also informing social care professionals about their lives and goals.
