Terry Pratchett: Choosing to Die (2011)

In 2008, renowned author Sir Terry Pratchett received a diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease. Almost three years later, he explores options for ending his own life before the disease progresses. His journey leads him to Switzerland, where he encounters staff and clients of an organization offering assisted suicide to those with debilitating illnesses. In a secluded cottage near Zurich, the film documents a man's final moments with his wife, alongside Sir Terry.
