Description:
In Rotterdam, five senior citizens – the oldest is 91 – train together in a gym to stay active. As their bodies weaken and their world shrinks, they find strength in each other. The gym becomes a place of camaraderie, transcending differences in background and social standing, offering the elderly unexpected joy.
