Description:
Princess Alda is betrothed to Prince Magnus, and the King prepares for their wedding, planning the royal nuptials with ministers and advisors. A circus troupe arrives for the celebrations, and a chance encounter between the Princess and a circus artist in the palace garden threatens to change everything. The artist gifts her a heart, explaining she doesn't know what it is. While the kingdom offers order and security, no one possesses a heart. This allows Alda to communicate with nature and awaken memories of her mother. When the King learns of this, he orders the heart removed, but Prince Magnus hides Alda to protect her newfound ability.
