Description:
For years, Belga Chemical has been a key location for international arms trafficking by powerful corporations. Before the scandal is exposed, Daniel Rousseu escapes with all the evidence and creates a documentary called Jihad. No longer willing to protect the arms mafia's leaders, Daniel intends to surrender to the police and present the Jihad file. However, he is lured into a trap when he hires private detective Claude Garonne to deliver part of the file to a journalist. Severely wounded, Garonne manages to escape but is later killed. Before his death, he gives the documents to journalism student Samantha, revealing Daniel Rousseu's location, sparking a deadly pursuit.
