Four boys are born with unusual physical traits: one with large ears, one with a tail, one with oversized hands, and one with a prominent nose. They befriend each other, spending their days playing and resting. As adults, their fathers expel them from the village for their lack of contribution. Just as they are leaving, a local mafia gang threatens the villagers, demanding they cultivate opium and provide for its members. Simultaneously, a woman desires to marry one of the boys but insists he remove his tail, which he refuses. That night, she cuts it while he sleeps. He flees, severely injured. A peculiar scientist discovers him and chooses to save him with advanced technology. He then assembles his three friends to liberate the villagers from the mafia. A science fiction adaptation of a traditional Thai story.
