Desperate to connect with others, he creates a baseball team called "Frustrations" and advertises for players. No one responds. He practices alone until he encounters Mitsuko, a woman sunbathing nearby. Captivated by her, they have a passionate encounter. They marry, but Mitsuko later reveals she will only sleep with him outdoors, in the sun.
