This short documentary follows an artist and VFX instructor as she connects with her 94-year-old grandmother, Margie, who has spent 73 years collecting salt and pepper shakers. For Margie, the daily routine of collecting is a way to shape her reality. When her granddaughter visits, Margie's collection – now numbering in the thousands – transforms. Featuring a score by Dan Deacon, the film blends documentary elements with fantastical visuals and computer graphics, creating a heartfelt exploration of love, art, and obsession.
