Happy New Year (2022)

Li has a strained relationship with his wife, Rita, and daughter, Chika. The death of a neighbor prompts him to recognize life's fragility and commit to improving as a husband and father before it's too late. He resolves to reunite his family before the Lunar New Year. Li starts showing Rita and Chika affection through actions he previously avoided, leaving them bewildered. Initially, they are distant, but gradually begin to accept him as a husband and father. On Lunar New Year, Li experiences the family closeness he's longed for. However, this warmth proves fleeting.
