Description:
Jess and Zach Bryer move into a new house and begin transforming it into a spectacular haunted attraction, a family tradition. Jess soon notices strange occurrences connected to a family photo that came with the house, revealing that two ghosts, Robert and Marge, are already living there. The ghosts clearly disapprove of the new owners, but Jess and Zach see this as a positive sign. They ask Robert and Marge to help haunt their haunted house, but the ghosts refuse. After failing to persuade them through various attempts, Jess destroys the photo frame, provoking a furious display of the ghosts' powers. Impressed, Jess and Zach flatter the ghosts into finally agreeing to help, making their haunted house a success.
