Description:
In 1997, 17-year-old filmmakers Pablo Parés and Hernan Sáez used $450 to create a low-budget, shot-on-VHS zombie movie. The film's extreme gore and inventive approach quickly gained a worldwide cult following and changed how DIY horror could be made. Over the next two decades, Parés, Sáez, and their friends went on to make two more ambitious and equally impressive sequels (along with several short films), earning them the reputation as "Argentinian George Romeros" who have built a significant body of work in gory horror.
