In the peaceful Hong Kong town of Shek O, a masked vigilante known as the Karate Girl emerges to help those who can't help themselves. As her online following grows, she faces increasingly dangerous opponents who test her developing skills. Drawn to a local church involved in drug trafficking, she uncovers a surprising connection to her family history. Torn between remaining hidden and taking action, she must decide whether to rely on hope or use her karate to fight for justice.
