Police officer Gasperlmaier faces a difficult third case when he's urgently called away from a funeral to a family home where a body has been found. He begins an investigation with his new superior, but the initial death is followed by another. As they uncover more clues, a disturbing history starts to emerge. With time running out, Gasperlmaier and his boss discover that Gasperlmaier's mother-in-law may be connected to the case.
