These Men, Violent as They Are (2011)

Flickering lights reveal scenes of violent yakuza attacks, witnessed by a man (Ozawa Hitoshi) who is having a seizure. He seems to have dealt with two people who angered him. Now, both the police and his yakuza family want him punished. But when he breaks, the city becomes a scene of intense bloodshed. It's a story about men pushed to their limits, where everyone is dangerously unstable.
