Naked Over 8 (2007)

"Over 8" is a collaboration between a Shimokitazawa theater and emerging directors to produce innovative films. Their newest project is an anthology film exploring the theme of "nakedness," featuring five directors making their mark. Produced by Shu Kageyama, a key member of the crews for Shozin Fukui and Hideaki Anno, the film suggests that truth, emotional struggles, trauma, desire, and experiences of being a minority can only be truly exposed through vulnerability. Experience five distinct stories, each with its own unique style and perspective, all centered on the concept of "nakedness."
