The Singapore Special Tactics and Rescue (STAR) is tasked with dismantling an organized criminal group's illegal operations. During the operation, Shawn, the son of the notorious human trafficker Four-faced Buddha, is killed, and a kidney intended for illegal sale is stolen. Driven by a hatred of Four-faced Buddha’s cruelty, STAR member Vincent joins the Singapore Special Investigation Division to bring him down. Meanwhile, Four-faced Buddha locates Yusoff, a former STAR instructor hiding in Malaysia. Yusoff is revealed to be responsible for Shawn's death and the kidney theft, motivated by his daughter's kidney disease. Vincent and his team team up to eliminate Four-faced Buddha’s organization.
