Description:

On Christmas Eve in Wales, a young boy named Thomas is looking forward to the holiday but is sad that it's raining instead of snowing. His grandfather gives him an old snow globe as a gift and begins sharing lively stories from his own childhood Christmases, shown as flashbacks. Thomas keeps asking questions, enjoying the tales and wanting to stay awake. Eventually, his parents tell him it’s time for bed, and his grandfather shares one last story about Christmas Eve, listening to carols while getting ready for sleep. After Thomas finally falls asleep, his grandfather opens the window and sees snowflakes falling.
