A Cup of Coffee and New Shoes On (2022)

In modern-day Tirana, Agim and Gëzim, identical twin brothers who are deaf and mute, share a home. Gëzim's girlfriend, Ana, a vibrant woman in her thirties, is a frequent visitor. One evening, while driving home with Gëzim, Agim experiences blurred vision and nearly causes a fatal accident. Doctors later reveal that both brothers have a rare genetic condition that will cause them to lose their sight, gradually and irreversibly. Facing an encroaching darkness and the loss of their ability to see each other, the brothers, with Ana's support, must make a difficult choice over coffee, while wearing new shoes.
