DU Bin, a former newspaper photographer fired for a photo mix-up, becomes a freelance photographer taking pictures of extramarital affairs for detective agencies. He begins following political star CHEN Cheng-rong after an anonymous tip, triggering a series of damaging events. The powerful politician attempts to suppress the incidents, the media avoids reporting them, the scandal's target claims he's being framed, and the mafia demands the file.
