Holly cow (2014)

Martynas and Vytaras appear to have perfect lives: successful careers, loving families, and popular TV shows and books. However, they are both secretly struggling with mid-life crises. When Vytaras abruptly decides to move to India permanently, Martynas embarks on a desperate journey to bring him back. The two friends find themselves stranded in remote India, traveling in an ancient car with a lively Indian guide named Vasu. They must navigate culture shock and treacherous roads to return home, battling their own insecurities and saving their friendship from crumbling.
