Fresh out of college, Rina Ichinose begins a demanding career at an advertising agency, quickly overwhelmed by constant overtime. Returning home, she faces pressure from her father that leaves her emotionally and physically exhausted, leading her to quit. At a job fair, Rina encounters the dynamic therapist Karen and is inspired to follow a similar path. However, her initial attempts are challenging, and she inadvertently antagonizes Usui, a former professional baseball player whose career ended due to injuries from a batted ball. Determined to help him, Rina dedicates herself to finding a way for Usui to return to the game.
