A Hope (2022)

Umut (35) is an actor striving for movie roles. Asiye (43) is a director at a private theater company. After his father’s death, Umut's mother remarries and he moves in with his uncle in Bursa, severing contact with his mother for twenty years. He's then asked to care for his mother, who has come to Bursa ill. Simultaneously, he learns of Asiye’s pregnancy, triggering a major crisis. Overwhelmed by years of pent-up emotions, Umut confronts his mother in a dramatic showdown.
