Description:
In Montreal, apprentice technician Jean-Pierre is fired from a TV commercial set. He's broke, behind on rent, and lacks qualifications. He has a fiancée, Michelle, but is captivated by Elizabeth, a carefree model from the U.S. who witnesses his dismissal and visits him to apologize. Elizabeth embodies both naivete and independence. Jean-Pierre borrows money from his friend Dock to buy new clothes to impress her. He begins a relationship with Elizabeth and, with Dock, commits a theft to fund a trip to Acapulco for her. Michelle tries to win him back. Can Jean-Pierre find a way forward?
