Description:
Skipper is a friendly, respected older man in his community. His neighbors don't know he's also Mr. 880, a skilled counterfeiter who has avoided the Secret Service for twenty years. He keeps his illegal work separate from his life, but maintains genuine relationships with those around him, creating an undercurrent of unease. As his two lives become harder to separate, the film examines deception, friendship, and the impact of hiding a secret. It questions how much Skipper will risk to protect his past, and whether his community will accept him when his secret is exposed.
