Description:
Clément, the privileged son of a powerful businessman, lives a secret life. He outwardly conforms to his family's expectations while secretly belonging to a radical right-wing group. His true identity is revealed when an assassination attempt on a well-known politician forces him and his wife Anne to flee. They seek shelter with Paul, Clément's gentle pacifist childhood friend, in his peaceful countryside home. As Anne and Paul develop a close emotional bond, the tranquility of the countryside becomes strained by the conflict between Clément's extremist past and Paul's dedication to peace. The film explores the clash of political beliefs and the complexities of relationships, set against a beautiful rural backdrop. Rising tensions reveal that the central conflict is not only about politics but also about love, friendship, and the choices people make for what they believe in.
