L’enigma delle due sorelle (1980)

Nora Mariani is a successful advertising photographer in Rome, but she's plagued by unsettling phone calls. A woman's voice insists she's Claudia, Nora's sister who died in a car accident two years ago. The accident also involved Nora and a German hitchhiker, leaving Nora with a lasting fear of driving. As the calls continue, Nora begins to wonder if her sister might be alive.
