Description:
The McMartin family's life is destroyed when they are accused of severe child abuse. As owners of an infant school, they are targeted by an unreliable expert who coaches children to fabricate abuse stories. The resulting trial becomes a massive, years-long legal battle. Despite a lack of evidence and questionable investigations, one family member is imprisoned for over five years without bail. This story explores the dangers of false accusations, problems within the legal system, and the lasting damage inflicted on innocent people.
