Description:
This anthology film explores erotic themes through four stories set in different time periods. "The Tide" tells of a student and his cousin stranded on a beach, finding intimacy in seclusion as the tide rises. "Therese Philosophe" takes place in the 19th century, depicting a young girl exploring erotic thoughts about everyday objects while confined to her room. The film then focuses on 16th-century Countess Erzsebet Bathory, portraying the infamous figure and the legend of her bathing in virgin's blood for beauty. Finally, "Lucrezia Borgia" depicts a scandalous orgy in the 15th century involving Lucrezia, her brother, and their father, the Pope, revealing the corruption of power and lust.
