Description:
Kyosuke Shikijo is the top student in his school's martial arts club, and like his late detective father, he has a strong sense of justice. He also harbors a secret: he enjoys wearing women's underwear and becomes the masked hero "Hentai Kamen" when he does, gaining superhuman abilities. This unusual interest stems from his parents, who had unconventional desires. When Kyosuke accidentally obtains the underwear of a fellow student, Aiko Himeno, he gains new powers and tries to protect her from a predatory teacher.
