Hindi Vindi (2025)

Kabir, a 17-year-old boy navigating his Indian heritage in Sydney, finds his cultural identity challenged when his grandmother moves in. Their relationship is initially difficult, but they connect through music. When his grandmother has a heart attack, Kabir resolves to learn Hindi and plans to surprise her with a Hindi rap song at a school festival. This journey profoundly changes him, fostering a deep appreciation for language and cultural ties. Two years later, Kabir has become a celebrated musician, using his platform to promote language and culture. He performs a Hindi rap at an international music festival in Mumbai as a tribute to his grandmother.
