Description:
Christopher, a college freshman aspiring to be a writer, is surprised to be assigned a roommate, Alex, through a dormitory lottery – a situation he's initially unhappy about and wants to change. But as he gets to know Alex, Christopher realizes this unexpected pairing might be exactly what his writing needs. Alex is outgoing and enjoys socializing, encouraging Christopher to step outside his comfort zone and try new things. Despite starting with some tension, they connect over their studies. Inspired by Alex's energy, Christopher gains confidence and sees improvements in both his personal life and his writing as he adjusts to university and develops his skills. They develop an unlikely friendship that helps them both grow and explore different aspects of themselves.
